My order got here on time, which was nice, but the box was really crushed and didn’t seem packed all that well. The item itself was mostly okay, just had a small scuff on one corner. Not a huge deal, but I really expected it to arrive in a little better shape.

I found what I was looking for, but the site was just a bit slow to load at times. Checkout worked fine in the end, but it took just a few more clicks than I expected.

I’ve picked up a few little signs and decor pieces from Primitives by Kathy over time, they’ve been cute around the house. The wood feels sturdy enough, and so far the designs haven’t chipped, faded, or looked worn out. I did notice one piece had a tiny rough edge, but it wasn’t anything that bothered me enough to return it. Shipping was smooth too, no issues there. They’re not absolutely perfect, but for the price, I think the quality is solid. I’d definitely order from them again.

I reached out by email a few times about my order and never really got a proper answer. It felt like I was just being "ignored." I get that they might be busy, but waiting days with no help or update is really frustrating.

They definitely have some fun, unique designs, and I can see why people like the shop. A few pieces are really cute, but others feel a little too busy for my taste, like they’re trying very hard to be quirky. Overall it’s a nice shop, just kind of hit or miss for me.

My order took way longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally got here, the items were totally wrong!!! Super frustrating because I was really counting on getting what I actually ordered!!!

I really wanted to like my order, and some of the items looked cute when I was browsing online. I think I may have just ordered at a bad time, because the prices felt higher than what I was expecting.
Once shipping was added in, it kind of pushed the total over the edge for me. For what I paid, I was hoping the quality or overall value would feel a little better, but it just didn’t really land that way.
Maybe if I had caught a sale or waited for a better deal, I’d feel differently. As it is, I don’t think I’d buy again unless the prices come down quite a bit.
